RULES OF ADMISSION & WITHDRAWAL

• The school admits boys and girls, depending on the availability of seats.

While applying for admission, the following documents should be furnished.

1. Original Transfer Certificate for Grade II to X, XI duly countersigned by the competent authorities.

2. Character and conduct certificate.

3. Original birth certificate for Kindergarten & Grade-I.

4. Photocopy of the progress report/marks sheet of the previous grade.

• Pupils coming from schools affiliated to other boards will have to take up a diagnostic test.

• New admissions to Pre Primary section will be made at the beginning of the session & at the time of Vijayadasami

• The Details of the Child in VKM, once recorded by the parent at the time of admission, will not be altered under any circumstances.

• All applications for withdrawal should be made to the Principal, through the school office, after clearing all dues to the school.

• The Transfer Certificate can be collected from the office of the Principal after 15 working days from the date of application

RULES FOR PAYMENT OF FEES

Tuition fees should be paid in 2 Terms during the months of June and October.. Before the 15th of these months. If the 15th happens to be a holiday, fees should be paid on the following working day.

Eligibility

The admission process for VKM Vidhyalaya CBSE SCHOOL starts every year in the month of FEBRUARY, and School starts in June. For admissions to VKM Vidhyalaya CBSE School, parents should do the following steps:

• Schedule an appointment with admissions office of the School.

• Get the registration form from the School office.

• Fill out the registration form and submit it with the necessary documents to the admissions office.

Age Criteria

• For PRE-KG, the age limit is at least 2 years and 6 months as of June

• For LKG, the age limit is at least 3 years and 6 months as of June.
